Dentiscope AI, including but not limited to its branding, trademarks, interface design, source code, visual assets, AI systems, workflows, educational materials, datasets, and related technologies, is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Dentiscope AI.
No portion of the application may be copied, reproduced, modified, redistributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Certain application features may require a premium subscription or purchase.
Subscription features, pricing, availability, limitations, and included functionality may change over time without prior notice.
Purchases and billing are processed by third-party platform providers, including Google Play and the Apple App Store, and may be subject to their respective terms, billing policies, and refund rules.
Dentiscope AI does not directly process or store payment card information.
We may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or update parts of the application or related services at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or error-free operation.
Temporary outages, maintenance periods, technical issues, or AI-related inaccuracies may occur.
Dentiscope AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Dentiscope AI and its operators shall not be held liable for:
• Inaccurate AI-generated results
• Misinterpretation or misuse of information
• Clinical, educational, academic, or professional decisions made using the application
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Data loss
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Use of the application is performed at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
Use of Dentiscope AI is also governed by the Dentiscope AI Privacy Policy.
Dentiscope AI is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the application or related services.
